Shipping Information

All orders process every working day so that you can receive your BYKALIV products as soon as possible pending stock availability and payment verification.
Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are shipped the next day.
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following day after Monday (excluding public holidays).  


AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING 

Free shipping on all orders within Australia over $100 AUD or above. For orders under $100 AUD a flat rate of $8.95 AUD to anywhere in Australia under this amount. 

All orders are shipped via courier standard service with our partner Sendle - Carbon neutral delivery. Shipping and handling will take 2-12 business days. Standard delivery times vary. Please allow:

Metro cities in NSW and VIC delivery are generally 1-2 business days
Major cities in QLD, SA, TAS and outer NSW delivery are 2-5 business days
Major cities in WA and outer QLD are 7-10 business days

NT, remote locations or distant towns are 7 to 12 business days

These are estimates only. In most cases you will be impressed with our service and how fast we get your orders shipped to you. 

 
DELIVERY & HANDLING

Packages are sent via courier standard service (Couriers Please or Fastway) and therefore are unable to be delivered to Australia Post parcel lockers or PO Boxes. We do not offer express or overnight shipping so please plan ahead when ordering for a gift or event.  

Signature on delivery is usually required. So please provide an address where someone can sign for your parcel. Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

You are welcome to provide a special delivery instructions such as Authority to Leave etc, please include these in the ‘notes’ section during checkout -- this is at your own risk, BYKALIV does not accept responsibility for ‘lost’ ATL order and we cannot cover for any theft or loss if ATL is chosen. 

If the parcel cannot be delivered on the first attempt, you will be left a redelivery card to arrange a redelivery or, in some instances your parcel may be left with one of Sendle’s courier service pick up locations (such as a nearby Newsagency) where your parcel will be stored safely for the receiver to collect at their convenience. (It is important that you book a redelivery within the timeframe stated on the card or in the email. This is because the parcel will be returned to the us after the stated timeframe.)

If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.

 

The Basics
When your order has shipped, you will be notified by email with the tracking information.

For all orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address, or missed the redelivery or collection within the stated timeframe, you will be charged a fee of $20AUD for repacking and postage.

BYKALIV is not responsible for delays or loss of delivery once the item has been shipped but will however assist in anyway to help resolve the issue.
