Coffee lover – and I am for sure.

I'm not much of a morning person. Coffee or tea? I'm sure Coffee and will often choose it, anytime. Morning, before work, at work, midday, afternoon tea time, after dinner, at night, overnight work. Funny!

I love the scent of coffee, the fragrance from the coffee beans, the big chunky espresso machines, the sound of making (bashhee!), the variety of beans, the cup, enjoy watching barista making it and the aroma of fresh brewed coffee, all of my senses come alive.

I enjoy sitting in a coffee shop anywhere around the world, watching the street life like, the people outside and inside and taste a cup of local coffee. I’ve learned to appreciate all the work that goes into a cup of coffee. Maybe something only other coffee lovers will appreciate, just like how a candle maker handcraft their candles in the studio. But again, it shows that a humble cup of coffee can also make a great shooting opportunities everywhere when I travel RTW.

I love espresso coffee – a real cup made from an espresso machine here in Australia as well as travelling in different countries. My favourite coffee is macchiato and flat white – the surface is flat and thin unlike latte or cappuccino froth. When it’s done right, it’s a really nice, balanced cup of coffee. Some people like black coffee, some people like white coffee.  It’s just an acquired taste.

P.S. Interestingly, a new studies in 2017 find coffee drinkers live longer and more disease free. People who drink coffee have a lower risk of dying from a host of causes, including heart disease, stroke and liver disease, research suggests. I'm a coffee lover. One thing I know is and supported by experts say drinking coffee certainly does you no harm
